Electro-Galvanized Wires (G.I.)

The Zinc Coating varies from 5 -10 gms/sq.mtr. Zinc Coating is done through electro-chemical processes. The tolerance of theses wires is (+/-) 2.5%. The UTS ranges from 300 to 550 Mpa.

Diameter: Range 0.37 mm to 5.00**mm.

Uses :- Welded wire mesh, filters etc.

Barbed Wire

Galvanized Barbed wire is the most common and traditional source of wire fencing. These are formed by twisting two line wires together, one or both of them containing the barbs.

Specifications: The pointed barbs are sharp and the length of barb is not less than 13mm and not more than 18mm.

Hot Dipped Galvanised Wires

Bwil offers Hot Dip G.I. mild steel wires in size range 0.37mm to 5.0**mm . Zinc Coating varies from 30 gms/sq.mtr to 290 gms/sq.mtr as per IS: 280 -2006 As B.S. or as per buyer's requirement. Zinc Coating is done through Hot Dip Galvanizing process. Major application areas are in Poultry Mesh Chain Link Fencing, Barbed Wires, Galvanized Fencing Wire, Fine Wire Mesh, Trolleys, Baskets, Stranded Ropes, Stay Wires, Bailing Wires, Telegraph / Telephone Wires, Gabbian Mesh Wires etc.

Grades: IS: 3975-1999

Applications: High carbon G.I. wires for ropes, springs, wire mesh etc. are offered too.
